Gov. Newsom announces rewards for information in unsolved killings of two Orange County residents

Victoria Barrios was fatally shot in Santa Ana in 2019. Alan Schwalbe was stabbed to death in Costa Mesa in 1993. Both cases went cold. The governor has offered rewards in each.
